excellent stay with smooth tram access
tram access comfy bed helpful staff room design
i stayed for two nights. the tram access to the city center took only fifteen minutes. the room had a great design and the bed was comfy. i found a supermarket just around the corner, very convenient. the staff were friendly and helpful.
i would have liked some wine instead of complimentary beer in the fridge, but this is a minor point.

the onsite restaurant was quite handy for quick meals. the breakfast had a wide selection of fresh foods and beverages. it also featured the option to make fresh juice from fruits and vegetables.

broken air conditioning warm floor
the breakfast was good, it offered a large variety.
the air conditioning system was broken. the room was hot and i had to sleep with open windows, it was far from ideal. the floor in the bathroom was also too warm.

poor housekeeping malfunctioning speaker
the staff were really great
the housekeeping was not good i asked for a replacement speaker three times but nothing happened i also had to ask multiple times for housekeeping to be done on the first day it was done poorly with dust everywhere and on the second day it wasn't even done until i reminded them at least five times it was frustrating
